What is water breath?
Water breath is a kind of top-end technology invented by Fangyuan. It can help improve the indoor ecological environment.
Water breath includes two kinds of implication-
Water paint results in no emission of methyl aldehyde, benzene and other harmful gas.
Breath refers that the water molecule can pass through the floorboard freely, so as to adjust the air moisture, keep the moisture of the floorboard at 12% and prevent the raise and distortion of the floorboard.
Water paint enables environment-friendly absorption and release of water molecule, thus realizing the “water breath” function.
Principle of water breath
Water paint takes water as the thinner. Therefore, the primer of the floorboard, which is made of water paint, results in no emission of methyl aldehyde, benzene and other harmful gas and does not deteriorate the indoor air quality. It emits the natural fragrance of timber and realizes authentically the ecological emission.
The water primer paint covers the surface of floorboard while the water paint membrane penetrating into the clearance of timber fiber and forming a reticular permeability membrane on the surface of floorboard. Under the precondition of not blocking the breathing holes of floorboard, the water paint can realize balanced absorption and release of moisture. In each piece of floorboard, the moisture is kept at about 12%, so as to effectively prevent the raise and distortion of floorboard due to the changes of outside environment.
When the outside environment keeps dry, the reticular permeability membrane would control the quantity of released moisture and ensure appropriate indoor moisture at the premise of preventing the shrinkage of floorboard due to partial water loss (see the attached drawing).
When the outside environment keeps moist, the reticular permeability membrane would control the absorption quantity of moisture and ensure appropriate indoor dryness at the premise of preventing swelling of floorboard due to excessive water absorption (see the attached drawing).
